Stylish well figured flame mahogany two-door Chiffonier or Side cabinet of standard proportions. Late Regency Period of English origin. The solid hand carved scalloped edge is surmounted on the cabinet above a figured backboard and flanked by solid wood supports with two central bookshelves.
The paneled twin doors below one long drawer enclosing three “secret style” small drawers, opening to reveal a divided fitted interior with removable shelves. Raised on attractive platform base.
Condition: Nice original untouched condition with good colour and surface patination. Lock and key are present and working.
