Pair Chinese or Japanese Imari Bottle Vases of compact size, made during the last quarter of the Nineteenth Century.
The tall elegant slender circular necks with gently flairing rims above a bulbous circular body on ring support bases. Hand decorated with all over typical decorative Imari palette in colours of iron red dark blue on an off white ground.

Condition: Superb condition for such early pieces with no imperfections. Back and front views are similar.
