Antique English Post Office Letter Scales Circa 1900 This unusually large Post Office Letter Scales was made Circa 1900 and is in overall excellent condition. The Mechanism is in Brass and all the original weights are intact (all 9 of them 4LBs to Half Once). The scales is raised on a Oak base.
