This gorgeous musical tankard was made by S F & Co (S Fielding and Co) who became Crown Devon. This is quite a rare one with A Gentlmans Party Scene and their departure after many Drinks .
The backstamp is shown on the photo. The tankard has a musical movement (Auld Lang Syne), so that when you pick up the jug it plays when you put it down, it stops playing.The tankard stands 5.5" (13.5) cm high, has a base diameter of 3.75" (9.5 cm) The tankard is in Superb condition, has no chips or cracks.
