This is a perfect example of an French Art Deco Bonbonniere on its original mirrored tray. The dish is made from glass and is thick and heavy. It has a light engine turned metal lid which is possibly aluminum or steel. The tray is made from wood with chrome detailing and retains its original mirror. The dish has so many uses in today’s world. The item has some age related wear. This includes some silvering to the mirror and surface marks to the tray. There is also a very small pin head sized dink on the lid which you may be able to see in the last photo. The glass dish has no cracks or chips.
